Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DuWire's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

DuWire manufactures and supplies plastic trays specifically designed for cocoa plantation operations. Our products include:

• Standard fermentation trays for cocoa bean processing
• Solar drying trays with UV protection
• Heavy-duty transport and storage solutions
• Custom manufacturing services based on client specifications

Ordering and Payment

When placing an order with DuWire:

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
• Orders require a 50% deposit before production begins
• Final payment is due before delivery or pickup
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders
• Custom orders may require additional lead time and deposits

Product Warranties

DuWire provides a 5-year warranty on all standard products against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty covers:

• Material defects and structural failures
• UV degradation beyond normal wear
• Manufacturing defects affecting functionality

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms are specified in individual quotations. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated location. DuWire is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Standard product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Returns are accepted only for defective products within 30 days of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

DuWire's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from product use or failure.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, and product specifications, is the property of DuWire and protected by intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
